Lead Interior Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled interior designer to lead our premium clients through the home design process, from initial consultation to final design delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving design innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences;
  • Develop and deliver personalized design solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations;
  • Work closely with various departments to enhance design offerings and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to inform design improvements;
  • Utilize software to create detailed designs and production drawings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution;
  • 10+ years of industry experience OR 6+ years with 2+ years in similar field;
  • Site experience and ability to ensure proposed designs can be installed with minimal hassle;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present ideas and defend designs;
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and local language proficiency is desirable;
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential.
