Procurement Manager for Package Equipment

This role is open to individuals with a strong background in procurement who are interested in managing the purchase of package equipment for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in EPC projects, preferably in package equipment, and will be able to effectively coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful applicant will manage the procurement process from initiation to closeout, including coordinating RFQs, conducting vendor assessments, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.

  • They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements, maintaining procurement records, and tracking supplier performance.

  • Furthermore, the Procurement Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines and procurement plans.

  • The role requires strong coordination and communication skills, as well as basic negotiation and cost awareness.

  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of procurement experience in EPC projects, preferably in package equipment.
  • Strong understanding of codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO), INCO terms, and basic taxation concepts.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and digital platforms (Ariba).
