Interior Architect

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional creative thinking skills, enabling them to craft compelling designs based on conversations with clients. They will be confident in communicating regularly with clients to understand their needs and adapt their approach accordingly. The candidate should maintain a strong understanding of the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative designs and layouts for various projects

Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and desires

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address client needs

Prepare engaging presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, mood boards, and renderings) for clients

Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to remain relevant

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2-3 years of experience

Proficiency in design tools for 2D planning, 3D modeling, and rendering, as well as Microsoft Office suite

Strong creative and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to execute and adapt to feedback
