About the Role:

The Supply/Vendor Manager will be responsible for acquiring new vendors and creating a pipeline of high-quality food vendors, tuck shop vendors, and event management vendors. As a key member of our startup team, you will be expected to have a go-getter attitude and be self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop a comprehensive list of vendors in our segment and onboard them with our system, ensuring mutual agreement.


• Maintain an up-to-date database of vendors and update it regularly.


• Onboard and align vendors for EHS audits by our internal team and schedule client audits as needed, coordinating with the sales team.


• Understand sales team requirements and provide vendor proposals with commercial calculations, considering P&L.


• Encourage vendors to participate in food festivals at our existing clients.


• Possess in-depth knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, and vendor management skills.


• Negotiate commercials with vendors and clients as needed.


• Preferably hold an IHM or MBA in Supply Chain Management, or be a fresher with relevant experience.


• Designation: AM-Supply/Manager Supply.


• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in any field.


• Proven experience working as a vendor manager.


• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.


• Ability to travel for work.


• Ability to multitask effectively.


• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
