We are seeking a meticulous QA Tester with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes to ensure software excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, deep understanding of business requirements, and proven expertise with manual testing methodologies.

  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases to identify defects and improve software quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs, ensuring seamless communication and successful project delivery
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks, providing valuable insights and recommendations
