We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions across the marketing and customer experience stack.

This includes building, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for use cases like personalization, recommendation, segmentation, and content generation.

  • Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and build RAG-based systems.
  • Design intelligent workflows using LangChain, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Write clean, scalable code in Python using ML/AI libraries like PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or open-source equivalents.
  • Build prototypes quickly and iterate based on results and feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5+ years in data science / AI roles.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Deep hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, Gen AI, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, API integration, OpenAI, Anthropic, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and basic DevOps.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to Have

We also welcome applicants with experience in marketing data, campaign optimization, content analytics, MLOps, vector databases, personalization algorithms, recommender systems, or chat-based AI agents.
