Role Overview

We seek a Co-Founder with strong English proficiency and a marketing-oriented mindset.

This role is ideal for an entrepreneur with a willingness to take calculated risks, create something groundbreaking, and scale it globally.

You will work closely with our Sales Co-Founder and Tech Co-Founder, with opportunities for equity sharing among all founders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead content, academic operations, and communication strategy.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, viral social media).
  • Be the face of the brand – camera-friendly presence for videos and storytelling.
  • Contribute to business strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Tech Co-Founders to align product, growth, and vision.
  • Bring innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
