Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee multiple digital transformation projects, collaborating with fortune 500 clients globally. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of digital strategy, creative, and interactive web development solutions.

This position offers significant career growth opportunities, enabling you to progress from Project Manager to Delivery Director or Delivery Head. If you have a technical background and are looking to transition into project management, with experience in managing multiple scrum teams and executed projects from initiation to go-live, this is an ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects while focusing on design and development for websites and mobile apps, content production for web and social platforms, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain delivery approaches, effectively executing and delivering throughout the life of assigned projects according to established processes and procedures, utilizing the correct tools, and ensuring success is defined, and expectations are met and set.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities to sell to clients.
  • Develop full-scale project plans, track project milestones and deliverables, and involve resource planning and hiring.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Work with offshore delivery teams to ensure successful delivery and motivate and supervise team members, mentoring them for the next level.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience in digital project management with end-to-end website design and build projects and agile PM principles.
  • The ability to manage all phases of full site redesign projects with website strategy, design, and development phases.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (ideally Sitecore and/or AEM).
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and KPIs.
  • Must have run end-to-end strategic engagements including digital strategy, content strategy, creative, and implementation phases.
  • Experience working with digital agencies and managed offshore teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
