  • Oversee dbt data modeling to ensure seamless integration with financial systems, driving insights, compliance, and growth.
  • Translate complex accounting concepts into technical designs and data flows to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leaders to understand business drivers, risks, and reporting requirements.
  • Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple enterprise and financial systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and compliance with financial reporting requirements and internal controls.

This role requires 12-15 years of experience in data engineering or data platform roles, with strong emphasis on financial data systems. Key skills include Snowflake, SQL, data engineering, and dbt.
