- Requirements Gathering and Design (Process and Gap Analysis)
- Testing and Deployment of Business Process Solutions
- Providing Best Practices and Solutions for Core HCM Functional Area and Other Technical Requirements
- Creating Workday Reports (Dashboards) Including Advanced Reports
Requirements:
- Expertise in Advanced Compensation and Talent Management Modules
- Proficient in Various Integration Tools & Methodologies (EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF, PECI)
- Release Management Experience
- Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
- Active in Workday Community (Connected and Up-to-Date on Workday Core HCM Technology)
