Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of micro service development, including Spring and Java. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Java Spring-based applications for billing, payments, and taxations.
  • Work with cloud technologies such as AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, Aurora) and Kubernetes.
  • Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
  • Kickstart new ideas and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams on challenging initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience focused on payments and/or billing and customer accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of micro service development using Spring, Spring Boot, and Java.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, DB2, or Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
  • Past experience of working with and integrating payment gateways and processors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools, automated test and build tools.
  • International software development and payments experience is a plus.
