About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.

This role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and security of the applications and staying updated with the latest industry trends to continuously improve and innovate.

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and websites.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain databases, write and optimize SQL queries.
  • Stay updated with the latest PHP and web development trends.
  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid grasp of programming principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with PHP, WordPress, and database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience and skills.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in your work.
