The Role: Integration Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting systems and ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to onboard new customers and participants;
  • Developing and sharing estimates and work plans with clients;
  • Adapting and parameterizing technical solutions to meet client needs;
  • Resolving issues within agreed service levels and maintaining high customer satisfaction;
  • Monitoring processes to ensure successful transactions;
  • Implementing new solutions and interfaces;
  • Performing unit tests and system integration tests;
  • Supporting clients on interface functionality;
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring proper deployment across Development, Test, and Production environments;
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of interfaces;
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver customer-related activities;
  • Identifying risks or potential issues for clients and informing the relevant parties;

Requirements include:

  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills;
  • Experience working as part of a virtual team;
  • Demonstrated high professional standards and a collaborative attitude;
