Job Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development: Plan and implement engaging daily lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Develop and refine our curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and effective in meeting the changing needs of our students.
- Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Supporting Early Childhood Development: Work closely with young children to support their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Strengthening Communication and Social Skills: Help students develop strong communication and social skills essential for future success.
Requirements
- Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills: Proven ability to plan and implement effective lesson plans and curricula.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education: A minimum of 1 year's experience working with Kindergarten-aged children.
- Strong Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for interacting with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Nurturing Classroom Environment: Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience is highly desirable but not required.
