About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at a global confectionery leader. As a key member of the analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

  1. Develop detailed analysis and identify trends defined in requirements.
  2. Identify patterns and help the business react to changing conditions.
  3. Perform root-cause analysis and interpret data.
  4. Work with large amounts of data and undertake analytical activities to deliver outputs in accordance with customer needs.
  5. Apply knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases using Tableau/Power BI type tools, producing basic data visualizations and reporting dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strong business acumen and good communication skills.
  • Understand business challenges, collect, clean and analyze the data to identify trends and insights for the business.
  • Experience in Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Experience in Data Management and Processing Tools (Talend/Alteryx/R/Prep/SQL).
  • Experience in NCLC Platforms (Power Apps).
  • Exposure to ML fundamentals may be advantageous.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science.
