Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering, and LangChain to lead our AI innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in data science and a deep understanding of advanced AI techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune AI models, including large language models (LLMs), to generate high-quality content.
  • Design, implement, and optimize prompt engineering techniques to improve AI model performance and output relevance.
  • Utilize Lang Chain to build and deploy complex NLP applications.
  • Create and maintain conversational AI solutions, integrating with various APIs and data sources.
  • Conduct extensive data analysis to extract insights and support AI model development.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems, including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in AI and data science projects from inception to deployment.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in AI and data science.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance company products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and NLP.
  • Proven expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering, and language model fine-tuning.
  • Proficiency in Lang Chain and experience building NLP applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
