Design Engineer Job

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge. The ideal candidate will have a background in heavy fabrication, sheet metal, or mechanical equipment manufacturing industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge.
  • Work on design projects related to heavy fabrication, sheet metal, or mechanical equipment manufacturing.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and ensure accuracy of design specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Perform design calculations and support product development activities.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge (HT10 or equivalent).
  • Experience in heavy fabrication, sheet metal, or mechanical equipment manufacturing.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
