SAP GTS Specialist Required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full life cycle implementation of SAP GTS, encompassing design, analysis, development, customization, assembly, and extensive integration testing.
  • Expertise in master data management, end-user training, and cutover activities.
  • Proven experience in SAP GTS implementation, support, and rollout projects.
  • Successfully implemented SAP S/4 Hana with SAP GTS 11.0.
  • Customs management: configured AES/ATLAS for setting up communication processes for generating EU/US customs declarations import/export, configured PPF (post-processing framework) for generation of forms, defined default data, electronically filed with customs authorities via Seeburger middleware.
  • Mastery over Master Data Set up for GTS: product classification (ECCN, HTS), business partners, integration of third-party data for denied party lists, customs offices, customs duty rates.
  • Experience in integrating with Seeburger BIS6 for automatic filing.
  • Skilled in customs process imports and export declarations integrated with customs broker interfaces and forwarder broker interfaces as per country legal regulations.
  • Implemented customs bonded warehouse processes in EU and APAC.
  • Compliance Management: settings for sanctioned party list (SPL) screening, embargo, legal control through license management (defined and assigned numbering schemes to legal regulations, activated defined legal regulations, maintained the control settings for the defined legal regulations, defined and assigned license types, maintained/uploaded ECCNs, uploaded product classification files, maintained license determination strategy).

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in SAP GTS implementation, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP S/4 Hana and has successfully implemented SAP GTS 11.0. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of customs management, including configuration of AES/ATLAS and PPF, as well as mastery over master data management and compliance management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, customizing, assembling, and testing SAP GTS solutions. They will also be responsible for implementing master data management, end-user training, and cutover activities. Furthermore, the candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with other systems and applications.
