Job Title: Administrative Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and streamlining administrative systems and processes.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Systems Management: Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative systems and processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Performance Evaluation: Evaluate admin staff performance and provide guidance to maximize efficiency.
- Office Supplies and Maintenance: Monitor office supplies and manage purchasing with budget constraints in mind, as well as oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (electricians).
- Organizational Development: Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning), manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and cleanliness, and ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Communication and Liaison: Foster smooth information flow within the company to support other business operations, negotiate with vendors and travel agents for best deals, and manage calendars and arrange employee travel itineraries and accommodations (domestic and international).
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and manage vendor relationships, selecting vendors and coordinating deliveries, and purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Maintenance and Upkeep: Maintain and upkeep all office assets, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and build and maintain good relations with government bodies and police officials.
- Financial Management: Track expenses to ensure cost budget compliance and submit administration expense reports to senior authorities.
- Health and Safety: Implement EHS and fire safety measures.
