As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless underwriting processes.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to educate non-specialists on underwriting fundamentals.

  • You will develop curricula and lead bootcamps to train anchors in AI model curation, review model responses, apply rules, correct decisions, add reason codes, and document edge cases.
  • Key responsibilities include creating micro-curricula, SOPs, quality rubrics, acceptance criteria, pass/fail checklists, quick-fix macros, escalation rules, and calibration guidelines.
  • You will also define data needs from cases, capture missing rules/thresholds, and draft data-needs specs for synthetic data generation.
Your Expertise:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 4-8 years of experience in retail/home-loan underwriting who possesses hands-on decisioning and policy interpretation expertise.

  • Proven training or mentorship experience is essential, along with a strong grasp of calculations and documents, including FOIR/DTI/LTV/EMI, income proofs, bank statements, credit bureau reports.
  • Fluency in English and Telugu is required.
