Job Description

The Avalara ERP Implementation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company's financial systems by leveraging NetSuite OneWorld. The specialist will work closely with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, utilizing knowledge of scalable business processes and transformation principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Develop project plans to address business system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide hands-on support for the deployment and validation of customizations, following SOX compliance principles (if applicable).
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Design and implement custom saved searches and financial reports to meet business needs.
- Work closely with the senior manager to ensure effective implementation of new features and enhancements.

- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
- Strong background in accounting, finance, or management information systems (MIS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in NetSuite financial modules, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report, is essential.
- Experience customizing NetSuite, building saved searches and reports, and troubleshooting related system issues is required.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, subscription, and recurring revenue business models, as well as integration tools and process flows, is highly valued.
- Certification in NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
