Lead Data Scientist – Gen AI

Lingaro is a leading data services partner to global brands and enterprises. We help our clients navigate their data journey, from strategy through development to operations and adoption.

The role of Lead Data Scientist involves running end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and supporting pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies for client projects.
  • Lead small technical teams on projects.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  2. Strong business acumen and ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.
  3. Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks, and Docker for containerization.
  4. Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with big data and distributed environments.
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
