Job Description
You will be responsible for managing PayPal's cash flow related to corporate activities, overseeing bank account infrastructure, and managing daily settlements of intercompany and external transactions.
This role requires a proven track record of driving transformation activities, improving productivity, and enhancing operational excellence using latest Treasury technologies and techniques.
About the Team
The Cash Management team manages PayPal's corporate cash, providing sufficient liquidity at group and subsidiary levels. You will work closely with Product settlement, FX Risk Management, Investments, and other Treasury teams to ensure operational excellence.
Your Role
- Develop and articulate a clear strategy for the team to enable PayPal's liquidity management and capital allocation.
- Implement, improve, and maintain efficient cash management systems using knowledge and expertise of latest Treasury technologies and techniques.
- Incorporate data and analytics in cash positioning and forecasting processes.
- Ensure operational excellence in all Cash Management activities.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, IT, and Internal Audit teams to ensure an effective control environment.
