Site Merchandiser Role Overview

As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving site merchandising strategies and campaign management to enhance customer experience and sales performance on Amazon.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the site merchandising calendar, encompassing gateways, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Tracking and analyzing customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Designing and refreshing storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wireframe development to execution.
  • Coordinating with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Developing, testing, and analyzing new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

For this role, we seek a highly motivated individual with 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred). A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, accompanied by strong written and verbal communication skills in English. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing trends.
