Visual Storyteller for Meta Ads

At our organization, we're a rapidly growing business looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Storyteller to enhance our visual storytelling. Our ideal candidate understands design aesthetics and knows how to create high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

As a key member of the performance marketing team, you'll conceptualize and deliver high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You'll work closely with the team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually compelling designs across digital formats that align with our brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sectors.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
