Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Provide technical support for MIS software and applications
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements for data collection and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Train staff on MIS usage and best practices
  • Participate in MIS-related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in database management and reporting
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
