About the Role:

The Senior Human Capital Manager will lead and manage the entire HR function, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government bodies.
  • Experience in working for HRIS system will be a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex organizational dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving organizational growth through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry HR trends.
