About the Role:
The Senior Human Capital Manager will lead and manage the entire HR function, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's goals and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Minimum 18-20 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, employee relations, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government bodies.
- Experience in working for HRIS system will be a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex organizational dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving organizational growth through HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of industry HR trends.
