Transform your career by taking on a challenging role as SDET Automation Lead. This position involves driving the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging various scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

In this capacity, you will work on functional testing of applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials. You will analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes to drive efficiency and productivity improvement through automation.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with development and QA teams across shores to define efficient methods for creating CI/CD pipelines that include automated testing. Additionally, you will empower and enhance delivery from offshore, ensure close coordination, drive innovation and continuous improvement, lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, including 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements. Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs is required, along with experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium and designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools.
