About the Role:

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to foster a positive relationship with occupants.
  • To coordinate events and address issues in a timely manner, ensuring occupant satisfaction.
  • To enhance occupancy through effective leasing coordination.
  • Direct operational and capital expenditure budgeting for renovations.
  • Develop systems and procedures to ensure safety of team members, employees, plant, machinery, and property.
  • Create a work environment that promotes high employee morale and provides opportunities for growth and development.
  • Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and develop action plans.
  • Recruit, appraise, and manage department staff.
  • Develop and implement an annual plan aligned with customer and management inputs, linking department objectives to the organization's overall strategy.
  • Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization.
  • E nsure maintenance activities/systems adhere to established standards, efficiency, and productivity levels.
  • Recommend process, material, and equipment improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee physical plant maintenance, including capital improvements and ongoing renovations, and maintain fire safety systems through regular inspections.
  • Closely coordinate with finance to achieve collection targets and maintain expense control.
  • Work with procurement to issue purchase orders on time and finance to release payments.
  • Report site performance to the head of operations.
  • E nsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, reviewing periodically.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience (technical/soft)
  • Experience within the facility industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
