Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Interior Designer to conceptualise and develop design concepts for various projects.

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design requirements and project timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design intent.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate should bring strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong design expertise and portfolio showcasing interior design capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
