Key Responsibilities
  • Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand user needs and business objectives, driving design solutions that meet both.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, from concept to completion.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing activities, refining designs based on feedback and data.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of our design system.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving our design processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS), allowing you to bring your designs to life.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design, ensuring our products are usable by all.
  • Exposure to agile/scrum development environments, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
