Senior Enterprise Data Architect

We're looking for a skilled Data Architect to join our team.

• Lead Data Engagements: You'll oversee multiple data projects on GCP Cloud, driving the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems that meet business needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: You'll collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
• Project Delivery: You'll take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, exceptional quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Distributed Systems Design: You'll architect and develop distributed systems for real-time processing, event handling, and high-volume data processing.
• Data Validation: You'll implement processes to validate data quality, ensuring accuracy and availability for key stakeholders.
• Pre-Sales Support: You'll work with the Pre-Sales team to create data-driven solutions for customers.
• Talent Development: You'll mentor young talent, define growth parameters, and contribute to building assets and accelerators.

Requirements

• Experience: More than 8 years in technical, solutioning, and analytical roles.
• Cloud Experience: 5+ years in building and managing data lakes, warehouses, integration, migration, and business intelligence/artificial intelligence solutions on cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into functional areas, and define non-functional boundaries.
• Technical Skills: Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing end-to-end data pipelines and integration solutions for varied structured and unstructured data sources and targets.
• Cloud Databases: Well-versed with various data integration and ETL technologies on cloud like Spark, Pyspark/Scala, Dataflow, DataProc, EMR, etc.
• Database Knowledge: Deep knowledge of one or more cloud and on-premise databases like cloud SQL, cloud Spanner, Big Table, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Oracle, Teradata, MySQL, DB2, SQL Server, etc.
• NoSQL Databases: Exposure to any of the No-SQL databases like Mongo dB, CouchDB, Cassandra, Graph dB, etc.
• Scalable Data Warehouse: Experience in architecting and designing scalable data warehouse solutions on cloud on Big Query or Redshift.
• Integration Tools: Experience in having worked on one or more data integration, storage, and data pipeline toolsets like S3, Cloud Storage, Athena, Glue, Sqoop, Flume, Hive, Kafka, Pub-Sub, Kinesis, Dataflow, DataProc, Airflow, Composer, Spark SQL, Presto, EMRFS, etc.
• Machine Learning: Preferred experience of having worked on machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Cloud Solutions: Good understanding of cloud solutions for Iaas, Paas, Saas, containers and microservices architecture and design.
• BI Reporting: Good understanding of BI reporting and dashboarding and one or more toolsets associated with it like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO, Cognos, Superset, etc.
• Security: Understanding of security features and policies in one or more cloud environments like GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Transformation Projects: Experience of having worked in business transformation projects for movement of On-Premise data solutions to clouds like GCP/AWS/Azure.
