Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Support Associate to join our team and contribute to the success of our users. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and playing a vital role in helping users achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in Hindi, and a customer-first mindset. They will also be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and contributing valuable insights to inform product development.
In this role, you will work closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback that drives change within our platform. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email, phone, and other channels
- Assist users in achieving their goals through effective problem-solving and solution-providing
- Upsell premium packages and add-on services to increase revenue and awareness of our offerings
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute valuable insights to inform product development
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly
- Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous)
- A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed
- A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services
- Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team
