The Role

As a key member of our Temenos team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying our cutting-edge LLM based Chatbot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the Chatbot's functional and process design, including scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures to ensure it can handle large volumes of data.
  • Articulate and document the Chatbot's architecture and lessons learned for each exploration, while constantly analyzing statistics, data, and algorithms to achieve accuracy.
  • Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions in the Chatbot, setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can lead to solutions.
  • Stay updated on AI knowledge, trends, and regulations.
  • Required Skills
    • BE/BTech candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience and understanding of data science, algorithms, and statistics.
    • Experience in Python, JavaScript, and preferably PHP.
    • Experience working on Azure Cloud platform & Web technologies & API tools.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in HTML/JavaScript.
    • Strong knowledge of functional, reactive, and object-oriented programming.
    • Experience in designing large data volumes and performance.
    • Experience in handling databases such as Postgres / MySQL / MSSQL.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach and team working skills.
