Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to support the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions. This role focuses on implementing scalable AI systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and emerging technologies such as generative AI and large language models.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implement machine learning, NLP, and LLM deliverables aligned with AI strategies and objectives.
  • Develop custom ML, Gen AI, NLP, and LLM models for batch and stream processing-based AI/ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing modules, search and retrieval, RAG, and NLP/LLM model development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches to drive business growth and success.
  • Apply best practices in data privacy, security, and biases in AI systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in AI/ML model development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks, programming languages like Python, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of AI/ML techniques and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying Gen AI solutions at scale, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Experience fine-tuning LLMs, SLMs, teacher-student frameworks, and model distillation, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop methods for aligning LLMs with human preferences, ensuring high-quality results and user satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with agentic framework platforms and concepts, with experience deploying agentic-based solutions in production environments.
