Job Overview:

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the Professional Clearing Member (PCM) product line, from inception to delivery. This includes defining product features, developing guidelines and policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: The Product Manager will take full ownership of the PCM product line, driving ideation, design, execution, and enhancement.
  • Feature Development: Define product features, develop guidelines and policies, and coordinate with legal, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance clearing, settlement, and risk management processes to improve efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with SEBI, exchanges, and clearing corporations to ensure adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
