We are seeking an experienced Optics Engineer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electron-optical columns and imaging systems.
  • Translate optics theory into practical applications.
  • Work closely with Electronics and Software teams to ensure deterministic beam control and intuitive imaging controls.
  • Develop calibration playbooks and train others to run them.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in electron optics, including hands-on experience with alignment, vacuum hardware, and lab metrology.
  • Strong understanding of optics theory and its application in imaging systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to turn complex optics into simple procedures.
  • Ability to move between modeling, bench work, and factory documentation.
