Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Web Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our website. This includes content updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to execute website strategies and campaigns.

They will ensure website alignment with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.

Site traffic and user behavior analysis using tools like Google Analytics and recommendations for improvements will also be part of their responsibilities.

Additionally, they will manage website CMS, including plugins, themes, and user roles.

When necessary, they will plan and implement website redesigns or migrations.

Website security and regular backups and updates coordination is also expected.

External vendors or developers management is another aspect of this role.

Monitoring and improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience will be their key objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in web development, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8-14 years of experience in website management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Understanding of GDPR and website compliance.
