Lead Video Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and versatile professional to oversee the creation of engaging video content for various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Videography
  • Create high-quality video content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture creative footage during events and campaigns.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos with engaging transitions, effects, and sound design.
  1. Video Editing
  • Edit videos to ensure they meet brand tone and messaging requirements.
  • Create short-form and long-form content, including reels, vlogs, promotional videos, and tutorials.
  1. Graphic Design
  • Design motion graphics, title cards, and animations to enhance video content.
  • Create visual assets for thumbnails, banners, and marketing materials.
  1. Collaboration and Organisation
  • Work closely with the content team to understand project objectives and timelines.
  • Suggest creative ideas to enhance video quality and storytelling.
  • Organise video files, projects, and backups efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with videography equipment, including cameras and lighting setups.
  • Creative Skills:
  • Strong storytelling and visual composition abilities.
  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics and animations.
  • Keen eye for detail, colour grading, and sound design.
  • Other Skills:
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating content for brands or digital media platforms.
  • Photography skills are a plus.
