Job Description: Outbound Sales Specialist
The Manager of Outbound Sales will be responsible for spearheading revenue expansion by leading and scaling our outbound sales function. This individual will focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building a high-performance sales team, and developing strategies that meet ambitious targets. As a key member of the leadership team, the manager will align closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create a cohesive sales strategy that enhances market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives, aligning with overall company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and providing ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow, tracking key metrics, and optimizing for efficiency and conversion rates.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, key prospects, and customer segments, tailoring outreach strategies to target and convert leads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach in messaging, targeting, and customer experience.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the team with necessary tools, resources, and training for efficient prospecting and effective customer interactions.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and report on sales performance, using data to identify trends, refine tactics, and make informed decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with high-value prospects and clients, representing YourTribe in industry events and conferences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven expertise in outbound sales, pipeline management, and strategic planning. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS sales cycles, prospecting strategies, and market dynamics.
