We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader - IT Sec Analyst.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate project and task management skills, tracking progress against established milestones, metrics, and deliverables.
  • Showcase excellent investigative skills, insatiable curiosity, and an innate drive to win.
  • Prove proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, analytic techniques, and quality assurance.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation, ensuring efficient service to the business.
  • Develop and refine operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team.
  • Show understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must have worked as a DLP practitioner or expert, leading teams for response and investigations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases, minimizing impact and responding to escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of various data security tools and techniques such as DLP, CASB, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry cyber security regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc).
  • Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
