Roles and Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for daily scrutiny of Accounted Payable Invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. This involves reviewing invoices for completeness, verifying payment amounts, and identifying any discrepancies.

Periodically, you will be responsible for vendor reconciliation and balance confirmation to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date. This includes verifying payments made to vendors, confirming balances on vendor accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and accounting Employee reimbursement Invoices in a timely and accurate manner. This involves verifying employee expenses, ensuring that they comply with company policies, and processing reimbursements accordingly.

Another key responsibility is the periodic scrutiny of Vendor Ledger to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date. This includes verifying payments made to vendors, confirming balances on vendor accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for weekly review of Vendor Aging and follow-up on Advances paid to ensure timely payment and minimize potential risks. This involves tracking payments due, communicating with vendors as necessary, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Moreover, you will be responsible for following up on overdue Open Purchase Orders and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure quick closure. This involves tracking orders, communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Finally, you will be responsible for periodic review of Security Deposits, Vendor advances, Employee Advances, and Expenses Analysis. This involves tracking deposits and advances, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring that they are in compliance with company policies.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Adequate Taxation knowledge to process AP Invoices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial software and systems
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
