Key Leadership Role

This leadership position is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional technology teams with a focus on product development to enable target and biomarker discovery. The role combines strategic leadership, product ownership, and operational oversight with a strong emphasis on global collaboration.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and product management principles. They will also have extensive experience in leading teams, mentoring junior professionals, and cultivating the next generation of talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor junior technology staff across product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate and align with global product owners to ensure product teams are committed and focused on delivering objectives.
  • Define and communicate the product feature vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
  • PhD with 3-5 years of experience in Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, Computational Biology, or related field.
  • OR Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience in Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, Computational Biology, or related field.
  • OR Bachelor's degree with 10-14 years of experience in Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, Computational Biology, or related field.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to cultivate the next generation of talent and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
