**Customer Service Representative Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Accounts Receivable (AR) calling. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service support and collections via phone calls.

You will work closely with customers to resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers will make a significant impact on their experience.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1-4 years of International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process experience preferably in patient handling, Provider/DME AR calling

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints over the telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize sound judgment and make decisions within established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing, and tracking inquiries.
  3. Manage and update customer interactions daily, generated through workflows and queues, on an account-wise basis.
  4. Achieve key performance targets while maintaining efficiency measures in accordance with performance targets and process guidelines.
