We are looking for an experienced Network Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data center networking and software defined networking (SDN), with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design cloud network infrastructure including physical and SDN networks
  • Maintain high levels of availability, flexibility, and network performance while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of infrastructure documentation
  • Work collaboratively with teams and clients on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and evaluate their performance on a regular basis

The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience in data center networking, including WAN and routing technologies, security technologies, switching, and network monitoring protocols.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter and can demonstrate effective project management and completion of complex network tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  1. At least 6-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches and wireless, Cisco/Juniper/Fortigate firewalls, Load balancer etc.
  2. Strong fundamentals and understanding of the following Data Center network technologies:
  3. WAN & Routing technologies (Leased lines, GRE VPNs, IPSEC based VPNs, MPLS, BGP,OSPF, VRRP/HSRP, EVPN etc.)
  4. Security technologies (Firewalls, ACLs, NAT, IPS, IDS, RADIUS, TACACS+, IAS, VPN technologies)
  5. Switching (VLANs, VXLAN LACP, EtherChannel, 802.3ad, VTP, 802.1q)
  6. Familiarity with QoS including basic QoS commands and implementations
  7. Network monitoring Protocols & Tools (SNMP, NetFlow , Zabbix, PRTG etc.)
  8. Good Knowledge of SDN Technologies, preferably hands-on experience on any one of the SDN provider – VMWare NSX, Juniper Contrail/Tungsten, Arista, Cisco etc.
  9. Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly narrow down and resolve problems.
  10. Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter and can demonstrate effective project management and completion of complex network tasks with little guidance.
  11. Motivated learner – ability to quickly learn new technologies and keep networking skills current with emerging technologies
  12. Experience in handling a team of minimum 4 people in the above role.
