Our company is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and/or ARCS solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.

Professional Experience:

At least 3 years of experience working as an Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant.

Experience in implementing Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and/or ARCS solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

Proven track record of success in designing, configuring, and deploying complex solutions.

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.

Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
