Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tester to join our team. This role will involve working on multiple projects, testing various software applications, and collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting bugs.
  • Manual testing experience of 5+ years.
  • Experience with RESTful Web services API automation using REST Assured is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CICD Tools.
  • Ability to test cloud-hosted applications and customer-facing applications.
  • Desirable experience in payments industry, but not essential.
  • Experience in creating test automation for APIs, single or multiple microservices.
  • Experience in building test scripts for test automation frameworks.
  • Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent technical skills, including SQL and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with Node/JavaScript or other relevant languages.
  • Extensive API test experience.
  • Adept at applying quality management principles and practices to work with users, testers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and executing test cases/suites, as well as analyzing results.
  • Experienced in defect resolution and defect burn-down across all related parties.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize functional and technical backlogs and defect burn-downs effectively.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a thorough understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
