We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI strategy and drive business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • This includes managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization to implementation and performance analysis, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • The successful candidate will oversee AI-related initiatives, including budget management, forecasting, and expenditure optimization, to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
  • They will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analytics, product, and business units, is essential to implement AI solutions at scale.
  • Ensuring the responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies in accordance with industry standards and regulations is crucial.
  • The selected candidate will identify opportunities for AI innovations that drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Presenting AI project outcomes, business impacts, and new opportunities to executive leadership and stakeholders is a key responsibility.
  • Nurturing relationships with external partners, vendors, and research institutions will enable us to stay at the forefront of AI trends and technologies.
Requirements

A minimum of 20 years IT industry experience, with 10+ years in AI/technology, and at least 5 years in a leadership or management role, is required.

  • Proven experience in managing P&L for technology or AI-driven products/services is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision, is essential.
  • A solid understanding of the commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management, profitability, and ROI measurement, is required.
  • Experience in scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results is necessary.
  • Excellent ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams is essential.
