Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead our technical operations.

About the Role:

The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of all technical aspects. This includes coordinating with clients to understand business requirements, suggesting optimal solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of approved projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience in tech stacks: Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL
    • Front End – React Js
    • DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Writing optimized codes and ensuring team members adhere to best practices
    • Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work
    • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team
    • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
    • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time
    • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
    • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase
    • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
    • Motivating the team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
    • Maintaining transparency with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
    • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead)
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
