Marketing Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced marketing designer to lead our design initiatives and drive creative excellence across our distributed teams.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing designs, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication materials to enhance engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with business, creative, performance, and tech teams to develop strategic designs that support program growth and objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art
- 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
- Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance creative workflows is essential
- Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva, Figma, and Invideo
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- A strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and drive feedback from partners
- Proficiency in English and flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential
